One satellite dish within the exclusively leased premises is permitted. The satellite dish may not be attached to any part of the building nor placed in the grass/landscape areas. Additional restrictions may apply, please contact a member of our management team for further details.
Pest control is included in the rent.
Pets are welcome at Heritage Cove with minimal restrictions. A maximum full-grown weight of 75 pounds or less with two pets being permitted per apartment. The following canine breeds are prohibited: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, Dalmatians, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf Hybrids, and Perro de Presa Canarios. Exotic pets are not permitted. All pet applications must be pre-approved and accompanied with a photo of your pet and a copy of up to date Rabies vaccination records from Veterinarian. A pet addendum and payment of pet fees must be in place prior to a pet moving into the residence. Nonrefundable pet fees are $300 per pet with an additional $20 per month pet rent per pet. Yes. We award your referrals with a monetary amount once your referral has lived with us for 60 days. Contact the office for the details and how to sign up.
Yes. We require each of our residents to carry Renter's Liability Insurance. 100K Liability. Minimum.
